I. Cold Brew White
Ingredients
4 cups filtered water
1 cup coffee beans
1 cup milk
Procedure
- Grind your coffee beans to a medium coarse consistency.
- Put water and ground coffee into a glass storage container.
- Strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve that’s lined with a couple layers of cheesecloth over a large measuring cup or bowl.
- Leave it in your refrigerator to steep for 12-15 hours for better coffee extraction.
- Divide and pour the strained cold brew concentrate evenly in 250 ml bottles.
- Pour ½ cup milk into the bottle.
- Seal well and keep refrigerated.
- Deliver chilled in a Coleman® Party Circle Cooler that retains ice up to 12 hrs so your drinks will stay cold.
2. Taro Cold Brew
Ingredients
4 cups filtered water
1 cup coffee beans
1 cup milk
½ cup taro powder
Instructions
- Grind your coffee beans to a medium coarse consistency.
- Put water and ground coffee into a glass storage container.
- Strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve that’s lined with a couple layers of cheesecloth over a large measuring cup or bowl.
- Leave it in your refrigerator to steep for 12-15 hours for better coffee extraction.
- Divide and pour the strained cold brew concentrate evenly in 250 ml bottles.
- In a separate container, heat the milk until warm and add the taro powder. Mix until combined. Let it cool.
- Pour ½ cup taro mixture into the bottle.
- Seal well and keep refrigerated.
- Deliver chilled in a cooler.
3. Cheesecake Cold Brew
Ingredients
100 ml all purpose cream
100 g cream cheese, softened
50 ml fresh milk
1/2 tsp salt
50 g sugar
4 cups filtered water
1 cup coffee beans
Instructions
- Grind your coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency.
- Put water and ground coffee into a glass storage container.
- Strain the coffee through a fine-mesh sieve that’s lined with a couple of layers of cheesecloth over a large measuring cup or bowl.
- Leave it in your refrigerator to steep for 12-15 hours for better coffee extraction.
- Divide and pour the strained cold brew concentrate evenly in 250 ml bottles.
- In a separate container, whisk the milk with salt and sugar to combine until dissolved. Add the all-purpose cream and whip until lumps are smoothed out. Add the softened cream cheese in batches.
- Pour cream cheese mixture into the bottle.
- Seal well and keep refrigerated.
- Deliver chilled in a cooler.
