RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns. We only accept the return conditions below:

  • If the item was damaged during shipment, the damaged part will be replaced.
  • If unit is found to be defective, it will be covered under our Warranty Policy.
  • If we shipped the wrong item, we will take it back and reship the correct item.

Our item cannot be exchanged on the basis of “Change of Mind”. For lost/ damaged/ defective item/s, customer is advised to email us at sales@focusglobalinc.com to explain the problem or bring the item/s to the nearest service center for assessment and repair. Customer must provide the following information when reporting claim/s:

  • Reason you want to return the item, including photos or video of the problem / actual defective item
  • Your Order ID/ Proof of Purchase
  • Your name, email, address, and daytime phone number

Once your request is approved, we will notify you for the date of delivery or pickup. Please note that the shipping fee/s or transport of unit will be charged to customer.

REFUND POLICY

Items purchased with Coleman Philippines will always be refunded back as Store Credits.

Store credit can be used as cash to shop Coleman products in the website in a form of voucher code. The voucher will be sent to your email within fifteen (15) days after we received your refund request.

Your store credit is the same as cash. You can use in conjunction with our other special offers and discounts or promotional sales that may be offered.

Store credit CANNOT be redeemed for CASH. Store credit is valid for three (3) months after the receiving date.

WARRANTY POLICY

If you purchased unit fails during the first year, we will repair and service free under the following conditions:

  1. The unit was purchased not more than a year ago.
  2. Proof of purchase must be presented to claim the warranty.
  3. Unit has been used for personal use only, not for business operations.
  4. Damage/s to the unit was/ were not due to accident/s, alterations, misuse, and abuse.
  5. Unit that did not conform to the above conditions may still purchase necessary spare parts available in the store.

We reserve the right to refuse a return, refund or warranty request if the request does not comply with our policy.
